Are you an experienced Risk and Compliance professional with a strong insurance background looking for an opportunity where you can have genuine influence across a growing insurance business?

Our client is a broker centric specialist underwriting agency is seeking a Senior Risk and Compliance Officer to join their Legal Risk and Compliance team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone with a robust General Insurance background who enjoys working closely with the business and senior stakeholders, rather than simply ticking compliance boxes.

About the Role

You’ll be involved across:
Risk and compliance frameworks and processes
Risk assessments, control testing and compliance reviews
Incident, issue and complaints management
Compliance reporting, training and continuous improvement




Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Risk and Compliance Committee

About You
5+ years’ Risk and Compliance experience within General Insurance
Robust understanding of insurance and regulatory requirements
Practical experience with risk and control frameworks
Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial, proactive and hands‑on approach
MGA / Underwriting Agency experience highly regarded
