The Freehouse in Collingwood is a current 170-seat bar and kitchen backed by TWØBAYS Brewing Co. We are building a robust kitchen team and looking for chefs at every stage of their career to join us.
The menu is Contemporary Australian with South American influences, designed to sit alongside TWØBAYS’ gluten-free beers and dietary-friendly cooking. Roster: Wednesday to Sunday, usually finishing around 10pm.
