Seeking a reliable and organised Rostering Coordinator to join our NDIS and Aged Care team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential opportunity to move into a full time position.
This is a work-from-home role, working:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9:00am – 2:00pm
15 hours per week
You'll play an important role in coordinating staff and participant rosters, ensuring shifts are appropriately covered and changes are communicated quickly and effectively.
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Confident communicating with support workers, participants and management
Comfortable making decisions when unexpected roster changes occur
Reliable, responsive and able to work independently
Experienced in rostering, scheduling or disability/aged care operations (desirable)
Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and NDIS sector (desirable)




Scenario-Based Interview
