We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactive
Sales Representative to join our high-performing team based at our Paget branch within Mackay QLD!
Interacting each day with both internal and external customers, you will be interpreting customer requirements and making sure they get what they need!
What we are looking for is a 'customer centric mentality', a good attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for those you serve every day.
This is a
permanent, full-time opportunity
and will be based entirely in person.
Responsibilities
Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
Providing product demonstrations within our showroom
Ensuring service is provided in a timely and high-quality manner
Make sure both admin and your workplace is tidy and organised.
Our Ideal Candidate will have
Previous customer service experience (ideally within lifting, rigging, safety and/or industrial sales)
A team-oriented team-first attitude
Clear and friendly communication manner - both verbal and written
Curiosity and a willingness to learn
