They are now seeking a motivatedOccupational Therapist Contractorto join their growing and supportive multidisciplinary team.

? About the RoleAs a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:
Deliver community-based occupational therapy services across Melbourne
Conduct comprehensive functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental assessments
Develop and implement individualised, goal-directed intervention plans
Provide therapy focused on improving independence, participation, and daily living skills
Support clients across NDIS, private, and community funding streams
Deliver services in homes, schools, clinics, and community environments
Complete assistive technology assessments and home modification recommendations
Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators, and other allied health professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and NDIS-compliant records
Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning

? Mandatory RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration (OT Board of Australia)
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and report-writing skills
ABN (for contractor engagement)
Experience in NDIS preferred
