Job Description
Conan civil is seeking an HDD Superintendent to oversee day-to-day performance of our HDD division in Melbourne.
You will lead multiple crews, drive production targets and plan resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating drill operations, maintaining equipment, mentoring crews and upholding high safety and site presentation standards across active sites.
