The Role

If retail property is your space, this is a excellent opportunity to take ownership of a quality portfolio within a well-established commercial property team.

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a strong background managing retail assets. Experienced Centre Managers with 4+ years in the industry will also be considered.

You'll manage a portfolio of retail properties and be responsible for:
End-to-end commercial property management
Landlord and tenant relationships
Lease administration, renewals and rent reviews




Arrears and outgoings management
Maintenance and contractor coordination
Property inspections and reporting
Budgeting and financial performance
Managing compliance across the portfolio

The Candidate
Previous experience managing a retail property portfolio OR 4+ years' experience as a Centre Manager
Strong knowledge of commercial leases and retail property
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
Solid organisation and attention to detail
Current Real Estate Certificate/Licence
