Elmo in Canberra is seeking a Principal Hydrologist to lead complex hydrological modelling and provide senior leadership across our water resources initiatives. The role offers autonomy and a focus on capability development, modelling excellence, and solid stakeholder engagement.

You will mentor hydrologists, translate user needs into explicit technical requirements, and contribute to project proposals and training. A degree in hydrology or related field with extensive experience is essential.
