ThompsonCook is seeking a Finance Manager for a purpose‑driven NFP organisation in Sydney. You will own financial accounting, reporting, FP&A; and compliance, reporting directly to the CFO, while building solid finance systems and controls across the business.

The role requires CA/CPA qualifications, a team-oriented finance mindset and experience with NFP fundraising. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insight and improvements to finances and governance.
