Role Overview

As Head Chef, you will oversee all pastry & bakery operations on-site, guiding the pastry team from the kitchen floor, ensuring superior product quality, precise staffing, ongoing training, and continuous improvement. You’ll foster a culture of culinary excellence, accountability, and financial discipline across the Brisbane pastry & bakery operations.
