Ello Care in Australia is seeking committed Support Workers for night shift and sleepover duties to assist participants with complex psychosocial needs. The role focuses on overnight support, maintaining routines and providing a calm, secure setting to promote independence and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates will hold a Disability Support qualification (Cert III/IV or equivalent), have NDIS compliance knowledge, solid communication skills and a valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
