PM and weekend night shifts availableAbility to travel to and work across a minimum of 3 of the 4 homes listed above (required)The Homes:You will be working across up to four of our homes, we ask that you are able to commit to at least three of the following locations:Greenwood Manor Aged Care — Dingley VillageCheltenham Manor Aged Care — CheltenhamOaklea Hall Aged Care — HughesdaleCarrum Downs Aged Care — Carrum DownsKey Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive, person centred nursing care including medications, wound care and clinical assessmentsDevelop, implement and review individual resident care plansMaintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentationSupervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care AssistantsLiaise with GPs, allied health professionals and familiesManage clinical incidents, risks and quality improvement activitiesEnsure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NMBA standardsQualifications & Experience:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Required)Minimum 3 years RN experience — aged care experience (Required)Ability to travel between homes across southeast Melbourne (Required)Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (Required)Requirements:Current Employment Police Check (Required)Australian working rights (Required)Our Values:At MACG, our values guide everything we do:Compassion | Integrity | Dignity | Diversity | Accountability | Family | RespectIf you are a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for flexibility and variety while doing truly meaningful work, we would love to hear from you!
