Spring Mountain State School invites applications for the Deputy Principal - Early Years. This role provides strategic leadership for Prep and Early Years teaching, staff capability, wellbeing and transitions, with a focus on Age‑Appropriate Pedagogies, Nature Play and Loose Parts Play.

You will lead Prep teams, build partnerships with teachers and aides, and align pedagogy with whole‑school priorities. Applicants should have recent Deputy Principal experience in an Early Years setting and a
