About the role

Reporting to the Factory Manager, the key focus of our Machine Operators is to safely operate roll forming machines to manufacture steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists according to production schedules and technical specifications.

More specifically, you will:




Operate roll forming machines safely and efficiently to produce high-quality steel framing components
Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
Handling finished products stacking onto trolleys ready for the assembly team
Conduct quality checks, ensuring components meet required standards and specifications
Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace

About you

You will demonstrate:
Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual
Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided
Have a general understanding of assembly work
Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work
Available to work Monday to Friday – 38 hours a week
