Bankstown Sports Club seeks an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Leader to support leadership across multiple venues including Lady Banks Rooftop, Greenfield Station Bistro, La Piazza, Marrow & Co and cafés and bars. Reporting to the F&B; Manager, this role blends hands-on leadership with operational excellence across shifts.
You will train across venues, lead shifts, coach teams, uphold service standards and RSA compliance, and help manage rostering and guest experiences.
