About the Company
Our valued client is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of mobile garbage bins and waste management infrastructure, operating a major facility in Campbellfield, Victoria. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Warehouse & Logistics to join their team for an immediate start.
What's Involved?
Leading and supporting a warehouse and logistics team
Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Picking, packing, and dispatch activities
Loading and unloading trucks using a counterbalance forklift
Monitoring inventory and warehouse processes
Supporting a protected and positive team environment
Assisting with logistics coordination and workflow planning
Working with SAP and warehouse systems
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm roster
What We're Looking For
Current LF Forklift Licence with strong counterbalance experience
Previous Warehouse & Logistics experience
Demonstrated Team Leader or Supervisor experience
Experience using SAP or similar systems
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to motivate and support a team
Full working rights within Australia
Ability to attend a Teams interview and/or on-site client meet and greet
