Lanes Group is looking for an Operations Manager to join the Washington depot in Tyne and Wear. You will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring teams, vehicles and equipment are managed safely and efficiently.

Lead staff, plan workloads, monitor training, manage timesheets and holidays, conduct toolbox talks, and guarantee health and safety compliance while maintaining robust service delivery. Hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; salary up to £43,000 per annum.
