About the role

As a Coordinator in the Adult Mental Health team, you will be responsible for:
Working closely with providers and community partners to support services that improve local mental health outcomes.
Coordinating projects and activities that strengthen mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) service delivery across Brisbane North.
Supporting consultation and co-design processes that reflect the needs of consumers, carers and communities.
Supporting the Medicare Mental Health Centre providers and contracts.
Monitoring service quality and performance, helping partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Fostering strong partnerships across primary care, community services and the broader health sector.
Supporting and monitoring the application of organisational digital solutions to enhance service delivery.
