As a Sales Coordinator, you will be focusing on generating new business & serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts.

and have a passion for driving new business opportunities and sales.POSITION SUMMARY/KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSelling TransPerfect's GlobalLink technology to new and existing clients in the Life Science IndustryGenerate recent sales leads via cold calling, emailing, primary research, networking, trade shows & events.Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Management TeamIdentify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales ManagementPromote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect's servicesManage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company proceduresTake an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of serviceREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem solving skillsMinimum Bachelor's degree or equivalentService-focused with a desire to exceed clients' expectationsMultitasking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgencyCommit to always treating everyone (from clients to co-workers to vendors to business partners)
