They're now looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and create standout customer experiences at their showroom in Melbourne's South East.
The Role & Responsibilities Set and hit targets for the store and the team Coach, train and motivate the sales team to exceed goals Recruit, roster and manage staff, including performance reviews Create a warm, customer-first showroom and resolve enquiries quickly Plan visual merchandising and product displays, and work with marketing on campaigns Run daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, reconciliations, invoicing and stock Manage the store budget and report on sales, inventory and team performance Oversee site security,
