From sun-drenched weekend dining on the deck and major sporting events in the bar to high-touch service in the gaming room, you'll be leading a passionate team that keeps our local community coming back.You won't be managing in isolation, our venue is powered by a collaborative group of Assistant Managers working together on the floor.
You'll partner directly with fellow venue leaders to run peak shifts, mentor our energetic hospitality team, coordinate cross-departmental operations, and deliver an exceptional experience for our regular guests and families.A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crewSupport the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a excellent vibeLearn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legendsHandle hiccups before they turn into headachesBring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shiftInherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
