This will include:Managing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE including user access, security roles and permissionsActing as a key point of contact for Dynamics 365 CE support and troubleshootingWorking with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflowsDeveloping automated workflows across areas such as lead management, sales pipelines and customer serviceSupporting Dynamics 365 CE projects from requirements gathering and solution development through to implementationIntegrating Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems and third-party applicationsDeveloping test scripts and supporting UAT and smoke testing with end usersBuilding and enhancing low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven appsCreating automated workflows and business processes using Power AutomateManaging Power Platform solutions across development, testing and production environmentsMaintaining documentation for system configurations, workflows and processesMonitoring platform performance and supporting continuous improvement across the setting.QualificationsAbout youYou'll bring solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and be comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Ideally,



you'll have:Experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights JourneysDevelopment experience with JavaScript and C#, and REST API/WebAPIExperience with CICD using Github or GitStrong knowledge of Dynamics CE data imports, exports, data integrity and migrationExperience integrating Dynamics CE with third-party systemsExperience training and supporting end users across Dynamics CE and Power PlatformStrong skills building low-code/no-code applications using Power AppsExperience designing automated workflows and business processes within Dynamics CE and Power AutomateStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience with business rules analysis, user stories and acceptance criteriaAdditional InformationWhy Cuscal?
