Minima is an intimate 22-seater wine bar and restaurant in Yarralumla, serving third culture food that leans into Chinese and South East Asian cuisine.
We're looking for a front of house team member to work part time/full time hours, that can transition into a supervisory position in 3 - 6 months.

Someone who can retain food & beverage knowledge
Ability to assist guests with food & beverage questions
Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
Passionate and charismatic people with strong communication skills
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and time management skills
Consistent availability for Friday & Saturday evenings
