Focused on Care is a Queensland-based organisation seeking an HR all-rounder and leader to join our growing HR team in a current role.
You will manage the HR and Recruitment teams and provide expert HR advice across recruitment, performance management, compliance, award interpretation and workforce planning.
Reporting to the General Manager - People Corporate and Governance, the role is fast-paced and requires problem-solving, initiative and stakeholder influence.
