Join a purpose-driven team making a difference in community palliative care
IMMEDIATE START
Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is seeking an organised, adaptable and people-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our clinical care teams.
This is an opportunity to work within a healthcare and palliative care environment, supporting a team that provides compassionate, high-quality care to people living with life-limiting illness and their families.
About the role
This is a varied and hands-on administrative role suited to someone who is agile, adaptable and able to confidently juggle competing priorities.
You will provide administrative support to clinical teams, assist with data and database management, maintain records and filing systems, prepare correspondence and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.
You will be someone who can quickly adapt to changing priorities, work collaboratively with different teams and bring a calm, professional and customer-focused approach to your work.
Although this is a casual role, there may be instances where work is required for more ongoing periods of time; with a variation of 4-to-6-week opportunities at a time.
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within healthcare, medical, community or not-for-profit environments
Strong Microsoft Office skills,

particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt quickly in a changing setting
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
A positive, collaborative and customer-focused approach
The ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client and employee information
A genuine interest in contributing to a healthcare environment where your work directly supports quality patient and family care
Experience with medical terminology and/or previous healthcare administration experience will be highly regarded.
Why join EPC?
At EPC, you'll be part of an organisation where people genuinely matter.
You'll work alongside passionate nurses, allied health professionals and support teams who are committed to providing exceptional palliative care and supporting people and families through some of life's most significant moments.
Employee Benefits
Discounted % Financial and Wealth Planning services
Salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay!
Exclusive employee access to discounted Cadbury products
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, abilities, genders and identities.
