You'll be using your plumbing knowledge to help customers understand their options and identify the right solutions for their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Speaking with customers and understanding their requirements
Identifying opportunities for additional plumbing services and solutions
Preparing and presenting quotes
Following up enquiries and existing customers
Building strong customer relationships
Converting enquiries into booked work
Working closely with the plumbing and operations team in office
We're looking for someone with a plumbing background who are interested in moving into sales. We are looking for:
A qualified/licensed plumber looking to progress their career in sales
A plumber who enjoys interaction and recommending solutions
Can explain technical information in simple terms
Takes ownership of customer relationships
Has a genuine interest in sales and business development
