We are seeking a Inbound Sales Representative with a main focus on Spare Parts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with ordering spare parts for our equipment range. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in identifying upselling and growth opportunities within the spare parts market.

About the role - Main Responsibilities:

Promote and sell spare parts, and standard units.

Diagnose and interpret spare part requirements for customers.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely conversion into orders.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and order updates.

Recognize upselling and growth prospects within the spare parts market and standard machines.

What you bring to the team - Required knowledge and skills:

Experience in a sales role

Ability to work well with external and internal stakeholders.

High customer service focus





Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ideal knowledge and experience:

Good understanding of sales practices.

Technical ability and understanding of agricultural equipment and markets.

Experience with order processing systems.

Qualifications:

Year 10 or higher, or TAFE qualification or relevant work experience

Valid driver's license
