About the Role:
Lead marketing campaigns, content and social media
Manage EDMs, LinkedIn, video content and communications
Coordinate campaigns, events, partnerships and sponsorships
Improve systems, processes and business workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
Manage marketing suppliers,



budgets and key projects
Support team and office operations
Help keep the business organised, efficient and moving forward

About You:
5+ years’ marketing experience
Robust experience across social media, content and digital marketing
Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded
Confident working independently and taking initiative
Robust communication and project management skills
Comfortable moving between creative and operational work
Naturally solution-focused and someone who gets things done
Real estate or skilled services experience is highly regarded
