RSM is seeking an experienced HR/ER qualified to provide first level advice and management of workplace relations matters in Brisbane. You will support Senior P&C; reps with case management, prepare discussion records, assess risk, and ensure WH&S; compliance across the business.

You will maintain records, engage with client groups, advise on employment conditions and remuneration, influence internal stakeholders, and travel interstate to regional offices as needed.
