Propeller is seeking a product designer to partner with product and engineering to shape strategy, influence the roadmap, and translate customer needs into explicit, impactful solutions. You’ll own design across the lifecycle with autonomy, aligning stakeholders around squad priorities and direction.

You'll work with customers and experts to turn complex workflows into straightforward experiences, create user flows and prototypes, and guide decisions with research and data.
