You will stay hands-on while directing daily activities, ensuring secure, productive delivery of high-quality welding and fabrication services for regional customers.

You will supervise tradespeople, read engineering drawings, and maintain a solid safety culture, contributing to project success and continuous process improvements within our workshop.
