Guidance and support to help you start or transition into a meaningful career in home care.
Support to commence or complete relevant training, including Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), along with short courses such as First Aid and CPR.
Matching with trusted home care providers across Shepparton based on your skills, preferences, and availability.
Assistance with resumes, interview preparation and understanding employer expectations.




Continued support as you begin employment, helping you build confidence and succeed in your role.
You may be eligible if you:
Have the right to work in Australia
Are willing to obtain (or already hold) required checks, such as a National Police Check
Are willing to undertake relevant training, including a Certificate III in Individual Support (if not already qualified)
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current driver's licence and have access to reliable transport
Are available to work flexible hours, including weekdays and/or weekends
