Binbi Yadubay Residential Rehabilitation Service, operated by Lives Lived Well, north of Rockhampton, is seeking a Pre and Post Worker to support clients entering and exiting the residential program.
You will conduct assessments, facilitate group work, and develop recovery-focused plans to strengthen readiness for treatment and long-term recovery.
Joining a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver counselling, case management, care coordination and advocacy, with opportunities for qualified
