Project Maintenance Manager | Gunnedah Coal Basin | $185K Package + Company Vehicle
Opportunity: Lead maintenance operations across a large mobile plant fleet on a mine site, overseeing maintenance delivery, asset performance, safety and team leadership to maximise equipment availability and project outcomes.
Experience: Previous experience managing maintenance teams, mobile plant fleets and maintenance delivery within mining, civil or heavy industry environments, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Benefits: Permanent role offering a 9-day fortnight, full camp facilities, company vehicle and the prospect to lead a high-performing maintenance team on a major mining operation.
Requirements: Mechanical trade qualification, experience with CAT, Hitachi or similar mobile plant, maintenance planning and scheduling experience, strong leadership capability and sound mining HSET knowledge.
