As a Department Manager at Bunnings, you will lead a 20+ strong Service team across click-and-collect, registers and service desk, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences in a high-volume store.
You'll coach and develop your team, manage stock and ensure safety, while partnering with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety to deliver exceptional service and solid sales outcomes.
Weekend roster required.
