Legal Aid Queensland in Caboolture seeks a skilled lawyer for a temporary full time role in criminal law, from appointment until 30 June ****.
You will prepare matters, appear for legally aided clients at bail applications, pleas, summary trials and committal hearings in the Magistrates and Children's Courts, and provide duty lawyer services.
You will work with trauma-informed practices, support colleagues, contribute to policy and service delivery improvements, and benefit from salary packaging
