Job Description
Oriental Hotel Mudgee is seeking a Senior Cook/Chef with real pan and grill expertise to join a busy hotel kitchen.
You will prepare, cook and serve menu items to Head Chef standards and supervise junior staff during shifts.
Applicants must have Certificate III & IV Commercial Cookery and a valid Skills Assessment.
Sponsorship is available for the right candidate; availability for trial and ability to work days, nights, and weekends are required.
