The Esplanade Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the venue buzzing on the Brighton foreshore.
This hands-on role involves supervising a team, ensuring safety and a excellent guest experience, and stepping up to lead when the Publican is away.
You will work in a casual, waterside setting, building strong relationships with locals and delivering the welcoming, 'Simply Brighton' experience.
RSA/RSG and RP badges are required.
