Ventia is hiring a Chef de Partie for the Defence hospitality team at RAAF East Sale in Australia.
You will work with the Head Chef to deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner services, including field catering and special requirements, in a fast-paced workplace.
The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, HACCP Level 2, and at least 5 years in a high-volume kitchen.
Full-time, permanent, with rotating rosters and no late shifts.
Defence clearance eligibility is required.
