The provision of front counter and administrative support to assist staff in their daily duties; working collaboratively with the local community and stakeholders to provide information, guidance, and reassurance, while fostering positive relationships and supporting community engagement.
The Front-Line Support Officer at Katherine Police Station serves as the first point of contact for members of the public, delivering courteous, qualified, and effective assistance.
The role supports frontline policing by managing non-emergency reports and undertaking a range of administrative duties and reports directly to the Administration Sergeant.
