This is a front-facing role suited to someone who is confident dealing with residents, visitors, contractors and clients while providing a high standard of customer service.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming residents, visitors, contractors, providing professional front-of-house and concierge services, communicating with Mandarin and English-speaking residents and visitors, managing visitor access and enquiries, assisting with deliveries and contractor attendance, maintaining accurate logs and incident records, responding professionally to resident and client requests, liaising with building management and other service providers, and maintaining a professional, presentable and welcoming reception environment.

About you
Fluent or highly proficient in Mandarin and English
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Well presented, qualified and approachable
Can remain calm and professional when dealing with different situations
Reliable and punctual
Good computer and reporting skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Previous concierge, hotel, residential, reception or customer service experience — preferred but not essential
