We are looking for motivated, results-focused Retail Supervisors to lead our team and help manage the daily operations of our store.
* Location: Esperance, WA ***** Positions available: 2 permanent, full time roles* Annual salary: $79,500 to $85,000 plus superannuationIn this role, you will:* Assist the Manager in achieving store goals and operational objectives.
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales staff.
* Ensure customers consistently receive outstanding service.
* Prepare staff rosters, allocate tasks and communicate responsibilities clearly.
* Interview and recruit new employees and support their induction and onboarding.
* Guide and assist staff in resolving challenging situations.




* Evaluate returned goods and determine the appropriate action.
* Monitor stock levels through regular inventory checks.
* Maintain accurate pricing and ensure products are displayed appropriately.
* Ensure stock is readily available and prominently displayed.
* Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.To be considered, you will need:* An AQF Certificate II or higher in Retail, Management, Leadership, Business, Commerce, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field, with at least one year of relevant full-time or equivalent part-time work experience.
* Additional 6 months of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a qualification.
* A friendly, enthusiastic and dependable approach, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer service.
