Job Description
UGL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of 5 Fitters and 2 Electricians supporting Defence fuel infrastructure across Queensland.
Based at RAAF Amberley, you will manage day-to-day maintenance activities, coordinate subcontractors and track KPIs to ensure work is completed safely and on time.
This hands-on leadership role emphasizes people development and stakeholder engagement with Defence and internal teams, balancing preventative maintenance with reactive response and providing
