Qualifications & experience
Previous restaurant management experience of 1+ years.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in restaurant software and point-of-sale systems.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Tasks & responsibilities
Staff Management: Assist in training, and supervising restaurant staff to provide exceptional service.
Lead by example to maintain a positive work environment.
Customer Service: Ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Financial Management: Help manage the restaurant's budget, monitor expenses, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and efficient cost management.
Team Development: Support the professional development of staff members through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure the venue runs smoothly.
