You will support a pastry section, preparing and presenting exceptional pastries and desserts that meet quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with the broader culinary team to deliver seamless service and a superb guest experience, while upholding strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation guidelines in a quick-paced environment.
