Queensland Government is seeking a temporary full time lawyer with criminal law expertise to advocate for clients, prepare matters and instruct counsel across jurisdictions.
The role includes duty lawyer duties in Magistrates and Children's Courts, bail applications and committal hearings, with support to staff and policy initiatives.
You will engage with clients with complex needs using trauma‐informed principles, contribute to team planning and stakeholder networks, and work under supervision
