The Cambian Group seeks a dedicated Residential Care Worker to support and empower young people in a agile home environment.
You will provide emotional support, engage in activities, and help plan and document care.
Full induction and ongoing training are provided, with a rota set four weeks in advance.
Comfort with using electronic care records and digital systems is expected; prior experience with Clearcare is advantageous but training will be supplied.
