This is an exciting recent hospitality venture bringing a fresh take on the traditional chicken shop to Bangalow, combining rotisserie cooking, takeaway and a curated wine and beer offering.
The venue will have approximately 25 seats with a strong takeaway focus and will initially operate five days per week before progressing to seven days.
The successful candidate will join at the beginning of the journey and have the opportunity to grow with the business over the long term.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the owner, the Restaurant Manager will take responsibility for delivering smooth, engaging service while remaining highly hands on within the operation.
This is a small team environment where the manager will lead from the floor, work closely with the chef and build strong relationships with a local customer base.
Lead daily service across a busy, predominantly takeaway operation
Welcome guests, take orders, manage counter service and create a warm customer experience
Lead and support a small team of up to four people at any one time




Work closely with the chef on service flow and cooking par levels
Assist with rostering and ordering, with support from the owner during the first six months
Work five days per week across approximately 38 hours
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced restaurant manager who is confident running service and enjoys being actively involved in the day to day operation.
They will be personable, energetic and comfortable working in a close knit regional community where genuine customer relationships are important.
Restaurant or quality quick service restaurant experience will be considered, provided the candidate has a strong understanding of food, service and hospitality.
Minimum three years' restaurant management experience
Confident running service and leading a small team
Strong food, front of house and customer service experience
Personable, energetic and genuinely guest focused
Comfortable working closely with a chef in a small team environment
Valid Australian working rights are essential, as sponsorship is not available
A long term mindset and genuine interest in growing with a new business
