We're looking for aCommunity Support Worker based in Merriwato join our integratedliving team and provide meaningful, person-centred support to clients in their homes and local community.

What you'll be doing
Every day is different, but you could be:
Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily routines
Assisting with shopping, appointments and household tasks/domestic assistance
Supporting clients to access their local community
Providing companionship and building meaningful connections
Helping clients maintain their independence and wellbeing
Travelling toCassiliswhen required to support clients

We're looking for someone who is caring, reliable and genuinely passionate about supporting others.




To be considered for this role, youmust:
Live in Merriwa
Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar
Be available a minimum ofMonday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Be willing and able to travel toCassilis when required
Hold a currentDriver's License and have access to a reliable vehicle
Hold a valid First Aid, CPR, Working with Children check, Police Check/NDIS clearance
Have, or be willing to obtain, the required pre-employment checks
