The Role
We are looking forpositiveandmotivatedindividuals to support the delivery of food and beverage across our dining spaces.
The estate overlooks our magnificent sculpture park catering to guests who wish to enjoy afriendly, informed experienceand a menu revolving aroundlocal seasonal produce.
Our ever‐evolving dining spaces have been featured alongside some of the mostexcitingVictorian dining venues.
About you
You arehardworking, resilient and enjoy working in afast-paced team-orientedenvironment
You have afriendly,confidentattitude and a willingness to learn
You have prior experience in retail or hospitality
You will be available to work a varietyof shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Due to the nature of this role, a full weekend availability is non-negotiable
You take pride in your appearance
You demonstrateattention to detailand problem-solving skills
Wine knowledge and knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and its surrounds is a distinct advantage
You hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate(RSA)
You have access to reliable private transport to work
